Glodan Inc., a Pennsylvania based company was formed and incorporated in 1989. Initially set up to distribute and import a wide variety of printing papers the company directors soon saw an opportunity to supply text and cover papers in small quantities. Since this void in the market for the distribution of small quantities of paper continues to grow, Glodan has added this service to their business. The need for this service has been an evolution in the paper industry since the mid 1980's when printers and designers relied heavily on paper merchants or wholesalers to buy less-than-carton quantities of text, cover, and writing paper. As merchants began buying one another and growing into large corporations they became less willing to adequately supply less-than-carton quantities to the printer or designer.

At Glodan any color, size or basis weight of paper manufactured by the Mills we offer is available in less-than-carton quantities. Along with Glodan's commitment to paper is our guarantee to match any of our text and writing papers with matching envelopes in less-than-carton quantities. Our goal is to continue offering more and more paper grades so the printer and designer can easily select, and purchase the paper they desire to showcase their creativity.
